Warranty Terms

For Box-Heiss heaters and accessories provided by The Magic Genie, offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure the satisfaction and peace of mind of our valued customers.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

Replacement Parts Warranty:

Replacement parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of sale. In cases where the original heater warranty period exceeds six months, the replacement parts warranty will extend to match the remaining original warranty period.

Proof of purchase must be submitted along with any warranty claims.

Warranty Terms for Heater Operation:

The warranty terms for the operation of our heaters are determined by one of the following conditions, whichever occurs first:

12 months from the date of purchase.

2000 working hours for air heaters.

Claims and Reporting:

Any claims related to incompleteness or mechanical damages must be reported within 14 days from the time of purchase. Failure to report within this period may result in the manufacturer not accepting the claim.

Warranty Registration:

Warranty coverage begins when a certified service registers the heater with a warranty certificate.

In cases where the installation was done by the end-user or an uncertified specialist, it must be inspected by a certified specialist to qualify for warranty coverage.

Warranty Registration Requirements:

To register a warranty, the original purchase evidence (e.g., purchase receipt, invoice) must be provided to a certified service at the time of registration.

Purpose of Box-Heiss Warranty:

The Box-Heiss warranty is designed to protect the original end-user from defects and provides for the free repair or replacement of defective parts as outlined herein.

Warranty Coverage:

During the warranty period, The Magic Genie, at their discretion, will repair or replace defective parts that are found to be defective in material or workmanship.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

Improper installation that does not adhere to valid, supplied installation instructions or approved OEM applications. Force majeure events such as lightning strikes, fires, floods, voltage fluctuations, or accidents. Transport damages. Improper handling during storage and transportation. Repairs or adjustments conducted by organisations not authorised for heater installation and warranty repairs. Independent repair of the heater or the use of spare parts not approved by the original manufacturer.

Use of incorrect voltage. Heater failure due to impurities in the combustion chamber.

Administration of Warranty:

The warranty is provided to the "original end-user" and must be administered and serviced through an authorised dealer in accordance with the heater's warranty terms.

Excluded from Warranty:

Normal wear and tear of service parts (filters, gaskets, glow plug screens, and fuses) are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Claims Process:

In the event of a warranty case, customers may apply to any official partner of The Magic Genie company.

Please note that the warranty ONLY covers manufacturer's defects. It does not apply in cases of incorrect or unprofessional installation or use of poor-quality fuel or any other intentional or unintentional misuse by the buyer/user.
